Complaints & Compliments


In the unfortunate event that we haven’t reached the high standards we aspire to, please raise any complaints initially with the staff on duty at the specific home or call in office hours to speak with a Manager.

All complaints will be treated seriously and will be investigated. We work to the principle that the child/young person’s welfare is paramount and this takes precedence over doubt. You may send your complaint in writing to our Head Office for an independent response:
